Description: Offered here is this vintage used Warp Winding Tool. The piece seems to be in good, usable condition, however, it does have a couple small areas where "sticks" have some loose and need to be reattached. There are also a few areas where the "sticks" have been repaired. I am unsure of the age of the piece, or of the type of wood that it is made from, but it is solid wood. It is designed to open and close, and also has a clamp at one end where it would attach to possibly a loom. I am unsure, however, of how it would actually work, or of its exact purpose. It is 30.5" long, and expands out to about 41" in diameter. This is a nice used warp winding tool that is a useful item to have for weaving.
