Description: V. SULCA Peruvian handwoven rug, vintage circa 1975-1985. 24.5" x 55" (not counting the fringe). Vintage rug, in excellent condition. Tight nubby weave, lies very flat. The fringe is in fine condition also. The colors are earthy neutrals. In the afternoon light, the natural fibers reflect a more golden tone. There is an area of sun fading or faint yellowing on the back, as seen in the last picture. Victor Sulca's design and craftsmanship were outstanding.
