Description: Up for auction is this wonderful Vintage Dutch Verkade's Biscuits Zaandam, Holland tin Biscuit container.Seven sided, and nicely detailed flowers, birds and stars relief. This tin is nice and clean inside and out.It has two separations on the side of the cover, which were there when I purchased this tin about25 years ago (see last two pictures). It closes tightly, and the hinge is in good working condition.The tin is approx. 5" tall and 5" across the bottom. ps: Please note that a couple of dark spots on the inside of the tin see picture (5) have since been cleaned/removed.
