Description: I’ve tried researching and can not find a famous person that fits this name. It had to be made before 1965 when Bastian Brothers stopped using the Whitehead & Hoag name. So was made from late 1800’s to 1965. The dress reminds me of 1800’s his top collar. So unknown person and I see another one like him for sale so maybe he is someone??? There is a spot of tarnish on his forehead
