Description: Vintage Weldrite Oakland, CAL finial topper for fence post of flagpole. I've seen others with these markings associated with the Golden Gate Bridge. Includes the screw. I am unable to turn it and do not want to force it or lubricate it to use it. Please see photos and use the magnifier to enhance the images to see the condition of the item. Measure about 5 1/2" tall and the bar is about 4 1/2" The opening is about 4" round.
