Description: Up for sale is a vintage Wilcox International Silver Co. silverplated oval bread tray/platter, no. 7119. I found this in storage recently. It hasn't been used in a very long time--probably in decades. It measures about 13.25" long and is about 0.75" to 1.75" high. It has ornate flower embellishments at both ends. As you can see, the tray is VERY tarnished in parts and needs to be fully polished. (I don't have any silver polish and didn't try doing it myself.) I assume most of the tarnish and marks can be removed or diminished by someone who knows what they're doing--which definitely isn't me!--but obviously can't guarantee it; I'm not all that familiar with silver-plated flatware.
