Description: Here is a charming little hinge-lidded wooden box with faux marquetry 'inlay' veneer and a funny little metal applique, on the lid, of a 19th century horse-drawn coach. It might be a post-war Japanese-made item, but it has no manufacturing marks to say for certain one way or another. This box measures 4- 7/8ths inches long, by 3- 5/8ths inches wide, and is 2- 1/4 inches deep.It is in very good condition, with only a couple of places where the veneer is missing, and a small ding/crack on the front edge of the lid. (See photos). Otherwise it is free from damage or repairs. Shipping within the continental US only, will be $6.89. I do not ship directly outside the US. International buyers must use eBay's International Global Shipping Program.ATTENTION CHINESE BIDDERS: I do not ship directly to China.
