Description: Bronze Valor top bar with a pat cat joint & stem on the back. A very nice medallion attached by jump ring World War II panel along the bottom. A red ribbon attached to the medallion. Unsure of the event that awarded these to veterans of WWII at the Columbia Medical Center. There is some patina but overall very good condition. Union made in the USA with 3 represented on the back of medallion by their bugs. View pictures.
