It is in nice condition for it's age does have normal wear, scratches, paint loss handle is bent some and some rust. The Buggy part does spin around so it can face different ways. It is a heavier toy. Measure's 6 1/2" high x 9 1/4" long to end of handle and is 3 1/4" wide. Please check out pics before buying it is not perfect.
