Description: VITO RESO-TONE U.S.A. Bb BASS CLARINET + CASE VINTAGE READ CAREFULLY I wasn't sure if this was a bass or alto, but a fellow ebayer tells me that this is a Bb bass clarinet. If you feel differently, please let me know. Otherwise, be your own judge. LOOK AT ALL 24 PICTURES CAREFULLY. I purchased this clarinet at a local estate auction. I'm not sure if this is an ALTO OR BASS. Some sellers on ebay refer to these as ALTO AND BASS. In any case, looks to be in very nice overall condition, but I'm not sure when it was last played or serviced. I'm sure it will need a little cleaning and probably a general servicing / look over. I stress that because a few years ago, someone bought an instrument from me on ebay, promptly took it to a music shop and ask to have it "restored". Of course, the music shop (in California) gave him a high estimate to "restore" it to new condition and he subsequently ask me to pay for the restoration or accept a return. I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON USED VINTAGE ITEMS, NOR DO I SELL $500 VINTAGE ITEMS AND PAY $500 TO HAVE THEM PROFESSIONALLY RESTORED TO NEW CONDITION.
