Description: Please view this darling 1953 Vogue Strung Ginny with even, highly blushed cheeks with no scuffs, with a beautiful, matte finish to her skin, beautiful blue eyes that are currently open and may be manually operated to sleep or awaken. She retains her original, immaculate auburn wig set in straight, paintbrush braids with a curlicue of bangs. Her eyelashes and her brows are light auburn in color to match her hair. Ginny is appropriately marked "Vogue Doll" on her back, and "Vogue" on her neck and is a strung doll, not a walker, can stand on her own, hold all poses, and has no seam splits, cracks, stains or odors. She has all her fingers and toes. She is beautiful!Ginny is dressed in an absolutely MINT condition tagged "Original Vogue Dolls Inc." 1953 rare blue version of the outfit "Ski" #49 from the Gadabout Series. This winter ski ensemble is made of dark blue wool felt with novelty blue, white and yellow flowered accents. It closes in front with the two original hook and eye closures with no rust. There are no stains, rips, moth holes, fading, or problems and has the matching hat with the same trim and blue tape ties which secure beneath Ginny's neck. She wears dark blue oilcloth slip-on shoes with correct fuzzy bottoms and comes with her original wooden skis and poles.
