Description: This is a vtech 5" Smart Wi-Fi 1080p Pan and Tilt Mater Model RM576HD. Condition is for parts not working. Product was opened to photograph it's contents. Issue Description: Camera Model # RM576HD: The camera comes with it's original power adapter and the camera does power on and you can hear the 'pairing' ring, but I was never unable to view the live video feed. So I'm unsure if it actually works or not. I tried downloading different vtech apps to view the camera feed but neither of them connected. vtech Monitor: Overall the monitor does power on all the buttons are responsive. Monitor comes with it's original power chord. Issues are, it cannot hold it's charge. It will power off almost 1 or 2 minutes after you unplugged the original power chord. I was also never able to connect with the camera. I'm unsure if it's a software issue. Monitor also has some scratches.
