It first appeared in 1988, and is now discontinued.-Manufacturing country is unknown--but the shade is likely from Europe (a source of many items sold by Crystal Clear Industries).-The shade has an Art Deco look and feel, with frosted and clear elements. It features what may be stylized papyrus leaves and blossoms.-Diameter is 13 inches; height is 3⅝ inches.-The shade is substantial--the glass is thick and it has a heft to it.-Hanging/mounting hardware is not included. -Hole in the center of the shade is ½ inch in diameter. -Condition: Shade is in great used, vintage condition. No chips, cracks, or scratches. I see a few bubbles in the glass, but they are completely enclosed (they are not near the surface). -Very clean, and ready to use.
