Description: This is for a 13" figural drunk hobo liquor decanter, ca 1950s-60s. No manufacturer sticker on the underside of base, but this was made by Shields Fifth Ave in Japan. Top of hat has two small chips showing white, and there is also a chip to the outside of his right ear (see pictures). There is also a small white spot near the base, but this is under the glaze and is not a chip. Cork base of head cap fits snugly into the decanter. Very cool piece!
