Description: The lining is open on the inside bottom (see photo) and everything is in tact, but it could used to be sewn if so desired. PLEASE NOTE: there is some shedding from the backing through this open seam and sewing the lining would seal it up. The face of the coat is in sound condition and is NOT shedding, it is only the inside of the backing that is shedding. This is sold AS IS. It is priced accordingly. Lots of room left to take out the sleeves if so desired (see photo). The materials has a fascinating iridescent quality to it. Overall condition is nice. I only found a few stray threads under the arm. One last note would be about the hexagon pattern on the collar. This will brush out, it was hanging on a fence with chicken wire right before I photographed it and this fabric leaves an impressions on it.
