Heavy black cotton fabric with raised swirl detail and two beige & black polka dot ribbon bows at the collar. Short sleeves with a high cut boat neck, slightly dropped waist, and a full skirt that hits right around knee length. First three pictures are with a full crinoline skirt, fourth photo is without.
