Description: Vintage Butterick sewing pattern no.4491, from the 1970s, is for making a sailor suit for boys with either pants or shorts. For toddler size 3 (chest 22, waist 20½). Pattern has been used, but was cut carefully and is still perfectly usable. The shorts were made, so the long pants pieces were cut off, but are included and can easily be taped back on. Envelope has some wear, but pattern is complete along with instructions. Please note that your state's sales tax will be added to total.
