In pictures it looks as if the item is glowing but it is not it is only because of the camera flash / lighting and does not take away from it. Light polishing suggested. This is approx. 3-3/4 inches tall from the very bottom of it`s base to the very top of the hat. This is being sold as-is for parts or restoration with any damage on it seen ( paint wear ). The back ground material that it is pictured with / on does not come with the item it is only being used for display purpose only ( item only ). This would make for a nice keepsake / conversation piece. I strive to do my very best to ship your item out to you as soon as possible.
