The top is insulated, is lined, but the leggings are not. It is front-zip, is front-button, has multiple pockets, has shoulder pads, is high-waisted, and has foot stirrups. The tag reads size 12 (fits smaller than today's sizes), but we have given measurements because sizing varies from garment to garment. No belt is included.
