Description: Sweet vintage 1980s does 1940s style rayon dress, approximately a size 8-10 (measurements listed below). Simple beige background with small white all over leaf print. The rayon fabric feels so high quality. IT HAS POCKETS! The dress is a slip over or step in dress with a fabric covered button front bodice and snaps at the waist, collar, and below the waist. meant to hit below the knees. It has short sleeves that hit above the elbow, with a sweet little bit of a puff at the shoulder, with shoulder pads. The bodice of the dress is meant to be blousy and not fitted. There is pleating along the front of the bodice, and gathering above and below the waist. It has a wide belt like the waist that is not elasticized in front but that is smocked and stretchy in the back. Full skirt. My dress form is approximately a size 8, the dress fits her pretty well, although her torso is a bit short. The dress is tagged a size 4, but I think this would more accurately fit a size 8-10. Measurements are below. Measurements are taken while garment is lying flat. Please double where appropriate.
