Scoop neck with short sleeves. Pintucked skirt at waist for a little flounce and it has 2 attached ties at side to tie into a back bow and customize fit plus 2 patch pockets on front of skirt. No zips and pulls on over head. Tagged a Large and should fit as such but could also go to XL but please check below for best fit. Material has no stretch.
