It's Handmade Leather, Made in the US with Imported Material, and in Great condition for VTG shoes. I believe them to be from the 90's. The inside lining is leather also, and as the pictures show, have some signs of normal use from the age. The outside leather is in great condition, with that nice embossed logo on the side and would look even better with a good leather conditioner treatment.
