There are surface scratches and scuffs scattered throughout. There is clouding under the top surface of the mirror. Some oxidation/dark marks under the top surface or the mirror. The puffy adhesive strips on the back are unused, although I don't know how sticky they still might be! Will come as shown, so please see photos!
