This separation is fairly common with these older luggage pieces. The mirror is attached well and locks into place. The removable pouch has some thread coming loose next to where the zipper is and it can be seen in picture. This doesn’t appear to be the stitching that holds the zipper on. The travel case has the normal dings and scuffs on the outside but it is in very good physical shape and feels solid.
