Description: I have a beautiful vintage clear glass compote, embossed with a black and gold floral and bird trim looking for a new home. While alone this is a lovely piece, it also comes with a vintage Flint Glass 19-hole glass flower frog that fits perfectly onto the rim inside the compote bowl. This will make a gorgeous centerpiece with short-stemmed flowers, changed out seasonally for year-round usability. The compote also has gold trim around the base while the flower frog is marked "Patented June 24-1924. Both pieces are in very nice condition with no chips or cracks, but there is some wear to the black and gold embossing. Please note that Co-Operative Flint Glass made compotes with the matching flower frog so these may have always been together. They are coming from a smoke free, cat friendly home.
