No chips, creaks or breaks. There is some glare in the pictures from my light (I am sorry for that). It is artist signed on the bottom by D. Wright (see pictures). It is about 3.25 inches tall to the top of the ear (see pictures). It has the Fenton circle logo is on one side, and the Fenton 95th Anniversary foil label is on the other side (see pictures).
