It is is such good shape I'm surprised the publishing date is 1922, as it looks so good. Only wear I see is some light wear on edges of spine. Beautiful book for bookshelf decor or as a decorative object as well! It's lovely!7 1/4" tall, 5" wide, 1" thick.
