They could use a quick cleaning but nothing too bad. They were played with and have light wear but nothing too bad. The shoes fit the 15" Grow Hair Ideal Dolls. They are 2-1/8" long and right around 7/8" wide. The ties are elastic and are threaded through the vinyl of the shoes. I will package the shoes well and send them in a poly bag or manilla envelope.
