Description: VTG Lot of James Dean Memorabilia Stamps, Postcards, Movie Stills, Dash plaques And More! This collection includes 32 loose postcards and greeting cards **I'm lowering the price because I have a huge VET bill to pay. Three of the postcards have the Fairmount Indiana Post Office cancellation stamp for September 30th. (One is 1986 and two are 1987) Two other in color greeting cards have been mounted on cardboard framing There are four oversized and in color post cards that are copies of oil on canvas works painted by Kenneth Kendall (so a total of 38 postcards and greeting cards all together.) Two 8x10 glossy B&W movie stills The copy of the pencil drawing by Michael Irwin 1986 is 12X9 The last four photos from Giant are larger 11X14 The one with him in the car with Elizabeth Taylor is 15.5 X10.5 Two 8 X 10 Transparencies I will lay on on white back board to show them better One is a portrait with glasses on the frame and the other is him sitting by the family farm Two Dash Plaques. One for the James Dean Memorial Run Car Show in Fairmount 1987 The other is gold etched on black of Dean over the name of his hometown. Both still have the protective tape over the adhesive. Finally, there is the 'Legends of Hollywood' book of James Dean Commemorative Stamps from 1996. It is all intact with 20 stamps. All the 32 cent stamps are unused Now not surprisingly, there is some aging yellowing and wear on the backs of some of the photos and some have tiny pin holes at the tops where I suppose they were hung on cork board or something. There are signs of handling, and some small tears, mostly the larger photos, Taking into consideration the age of this collection, it is still in very good condition.
