Description: Mixed lot of vintage match book covers, over 45 pieces. (48 by my count). Travel, hotel, restaurant, etc. Mostly from the 1940s and 50s by our estimate, based on the art work, Art Deco style, etc. In a variety of condition, some are unused. This lot is all from Illinois --Chicago and north suburban Chicago - suburbs including Skokie, Wilmette, Northbrook, Winnetka, Park Ridge, Highland Park. Also Starved Rock Park, Palmer House Hotel, etc. Mostly restaurants, some hotels, clubs, other businesses. We included lots of photos; please ask if there is anything more you need to know. Please look at all the photos as they are also part of the description. Ask questions before you bid. We are not experts and sell a variety of mostly vintage and antique items. Older, vintage and preowned items are never perfect. We do our best to describe everything we see. If you are difficult ~ and you know that you are~ please do not bid.
