Description: VTG MIDCENTURY HEAVY DUTY SCOTCH TAPE METAL DISPENSER MODEL C-23 LG TAPE ROLLS. Condition is Used. Not perfect, but functional. It was being used until recently. Came from an old local jewelry shop, called Goddard’s. The tape roll holder has some issues, doubt it is its original pin, but could be wrong. The tape cutter is loose, but cuts well.
