Mrs. Edna is selling this item as-is, because she knows very little about taxidermy or fish, in the condition shown in the pictures and as described. She's not sure if it is a musky/muskie, Northern pike, walleye or other type of fish. It appears to be real skin based on the stitching on the backside. It has been hand painted, the eye seems to be made of glass. Label on the back reads in part: Charles T. Rudnik Master Taxidermist 5007 1/2 West Irving Park (Chicago address) This item is in good or better pre-owned vintage condition. There are signs of wear from age, use and storage, which includes but is not limited to scuff/scratch marks, discolored spots/marks, dust and damage mainly to the fins, such as bent or missing pieces, splits and a section that was glued back in place.
