HERE WE HAVE: A vintage Sperry Rand Remington Streamliner typewriter! Made in Holland. I can't seem to find the serial number on it, but I'm guessing it's a late 1960s or early 70s piece?The typewriter has a lid with a handle for it to be portable. CONDITION: Being sold as is. The typewriter seems to work decently, but we haven't had it serviced by a professional, so the buyer could need that done! I went through and typed each key, in lower and upper case. The "at"/cent key sticks when pressed. The "X" key rests a little lower than the rest of the keys, although it doesn't seem to stick.. perhaps the arm is slightly bent? It seems to type fine otherwise but could use a new ribbon, the type is faint. Inside of the machine is pretty dusty/dirty, could use a proper cleaning. There's a break to the back corner of the typewriter base and a crack near where the piece is broken off. There are scuffs and scratches scattered about throughout. The case lid has damage; one of the "hinge" pieces is broken off as has one of the latch pieces that locks/unlock the lid. There's a repaired break on the side of the lid. It also has scuffs, scratches, and discoloration spots throughout. Will come as shown, so please see photos! MEASUREMENTS: This is a pretty small unit; with the lid off, it measures approximately 13" wide, 13" front-to-back, and 5 1/4" tall at the furthest points. SHIPPING: Calculated.
