Description: Vintage Rexall Electrex Electric Humidifier Vaporizer Aluminum Kettle Cat No. X351 Very unique little aluminum vaporizer or humidifier was made by the Rexall Drug company's brand Electrex. I'm guessing from the othe other vaporizers listed, it is from the 1930's. It has been tested and is in working condition. The cord appears to be in good condition with an on and off switch on the side of the part that gets plugged into the pot. The pot heats up and gets very hot, boiling the water a little and creating steam. Judging from the interior of the pot, it has been used with a fair amount of hard water. I didn't leave it run very long because of how hot it got. Since it is very old, I would not suggest using it, but only to display as a piece of medicine history. Knob on top is a little loose and turn. Rivets are nice and tight on the handle. There are a few scuffs and scratches and a few significant dents. You can see them in my last few pictures.
