Description: Featured is a vintage 1989 large (non-standard) postcard depicting John Jones, Jr, the 1989 World Champion Steer Wrestling Cowboy ... honored by the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Assoc. The cards also served as a joint campaign to prevent forest fires with "Smokey the Bear" as spokesman (or spokesbear). Each card issued had a different slogan stated by Smokey. The slogan for this card (with accompanying art work) reads: "Leave a Cold Trail". The parties to the campaign for Fire Prevention included: the US Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management, Nat'l Assoc of State Foresters, and the PRCA (Professional Rodeo Cowboys Assoc.). We ship weekdays with the exception of US federal holidays. We will ship with either free shipping or calculated shipping ... it depends on the given scenario.
