Description: Vintage pair of Royal Staffordshire Clarice Cliff "ROS11" Violet patterned crescent bone dishes (England) which are in very good condition with no cracks, discoloration, chips, etc. They do have very minimal faint crazing (common with dinnerware of this age - 1930s) and one of them has a rough spot on the underneath of the rim (can't be seen from top, but only felt with finger - see last photo). The bone dishes measure about 6 1/2 inches in length and are about 3 inches wide. The pattern is purple violets with green leaves, a touch of yellow on a cream background; and they have a gold scalloped border. The gold trim is in excellent condition. I have owned these bone dishes for many years; however, I'm in process of downsizing and decided to sell. 1. All items I sell either come from or have been stored in a smoke free environment and are sold “as-is”.
