Description: Please READ! Gifted to me from a relative who said it worked last time it was used in 2001. I have plugged it in and you can see the light in one of the photos. I have pressed the forward rewind and play. Each one spins a reel briefly then stops spinning. Does this mean it needs a tape on it for tension to continue to spin? It displays beautifully!
