Description: VTG Stanley No. 10 Carriage Maker's Rabbet Plane Type 15 1931-32 Good vintage Stanley No. 10 Carriage Maker's Rabbet Plane. Condition commensurate with age. Wooden knob & tote in very good condition with no cracks. Both fit tight. Knob is tall variety making griping easier and more comfortable. Discoloration of plane sides and bottom, also on both sides of iron and cap iron. Screws holding the frog are frozen so frog has not been removed for photos. Front surface of lever cap has bubbling of surface finish. The iron should be sharpened and the plane tuned before use. Approx. Dimensions: Length 13", width 2", height 5" NOTE: THE PLANE WILL BE SHIPPED DISASSEMBLED, EXCEPT THE FROG WILL REMAIN ATTACHED TO THE BODY.
