VTG VIKING GLASS BLUENIQUE 1049 OVAL 4-CANDLE FLOWERLITE CENTERPIECE FLOWER FROG

Description: Vintage Viking Martinsville Bluenique glass Flowerlite bowl & frog with candle holders for four tapers, style #1049. This is are a hard to find item and in such good condition. Measurements are approximately: bowl with extended ends 12" length, 5-1/4" wide rim to rim, 2-1/4" high on sides and base that is 3-1/2" by 5-1/4". Frog 1-1/4" high, 6-3/8" length, 4-5/8" wide with 2 larger holes for candles and 31 for smaller for stems. Overall condition is quite good for the age and type of use with just one tiny flea bite chip on outer rim of main bowl more to the feel than seen. Very light surface wear. The mold lines are both felt and seen on this thick, heavy glass. Underside of frog is rough around holes as typical from the mold. Additional cleaning will be left to buyer as to not harm the glass.
