Description: VTG Vogue STAN HERMAN Dress Tunic Pants Pattern 2978 UNCUT This listing is for a vintage Vogue pattern for lady's loose-fitting pull-over dress or tunic and pants, 2978. There is no print/copyright date but the pattern is probably from the 1970s. The pattern is previously owned but it has not been unfolded and appears to be uncut. The envelope has a tear on the front. It is Size 12 and fits bust 34, waist 26 1/2, and hip 36. This pattern would make a nice addition to your collection. Items can only be mailed to the address shown on the payment. I'm sorry if this is an inconvenience, but this is an ebay rule, not me trying to be difficult.
