Description: VTG 40s Black W/ Yellow Floral Pattern Rayon DressIn good vintage condition, with a few flaws. Both of the shoulders have multiple tears and holes in them, near the neckline. The right front shirred chest piece at the top where the collar and shoulder connect, is also torn and hanging loose so it looks different than the other side collar. There is a hole at the back right side waist seam where the seam has come loose and a hole at the bottom front right side skirt near the hem. The bottom right side hem is coming loose and hangs down from the rest of the skirt hem. The belt buckle on the belt has some of the fabric worn off around most of the edges and corners and is fraying a bit. There might be other small holes, light spots or snags that weren't noticed.
