Description: For your consideration is this lovely vintage secretary blouse with an H pattern by Halston.Once dubbed "the premier fashion designer in America" by Newsweek, Halston was synonymous with the 1970s and the era of Studio 54. This size 4 blouse has a tie for a neck bow that is removable if you prefer not to wear it. Measures about 21.5" pit to pit, 25" length and 22" sleeve length. There are 2 buttons on the front and 2 side slits. Still in wonderful vintage condition.
