Description: The item is sold as is, as found and as you see it. The sale is for a woodburned artwork depicting the Civil War with Jefferson Davis, Abraham Lincoln with North v. South with two groups of charging men. It is lacquered and varnished. The sides of the wood are burned. Beautifully illustrated. Good condition with age related issues. Signed on bottom side of Lincoln, Hoehn. Dust and age dirt. Theres a saw tooth on back for hanging. No damage like cracks/splits. There can be drips from the varnish, or what they used to seal it. Theres an oval shape in Jefferson Davis' face that looks odd but apparently was made that way by the artist. Also, dark vertical lines appear in the oval shape. Certain elements, like the hair, clothing, and other things have a different shiny texture. See all pics as they are a part of description. Measures 23 7/8" X 12".
