We are pleased to offer this combined swivel plate safe and base for the VWT4 (all years) Please note that unlike our old units this combines a single base with a safe box and a FULLY 76/115/EEC APPROVED swivel mechanism. The bonus being that the base is manufactured lower to compensate for the addition of the swivel mechanism meaning the passenger seat will remain the same height at the drivers seat even with the swivel in place unlike any other unit available!. (Please see the pictures in the listing) The safe door is supplied with 2 keys and the door is removable to allow full access to the safe storage are which is ideal for storing all those valuables whilst your on the beach! The unit is manufactured to use all the o/e factory mounts so no drilling/cutting chopping or welding is needed simply bolt on and you are away. Finished in powder coated gloss black they look good, fit easily and work well also providing excellent value for money. They are also suitable for the fitment of aftermarket seats by altering the top plate and save the need for buying an expensive T4 single seat base.
