Cel comes professionally framed and double-matted with a black inner-mat, white outer-mat, and a black wooden frame. Framed cel measures 16.75" wide x 13.25" high. Framing and matting are in new condition, cel is and was also in very good shape prior to being framed. Image of Lady measures 8.5" wide x 7.25" high and looks outstanding! Image is in great shape. Colors are bright and unfaded. All paint is in tact, though it appears that some paint may be stuck to the background as is common with these older cels.
