Great color with pages being in very nice condition for their age with only one exception which is page 11 & 12 which does have a tear and a tiny piece missing on the bottom edge. There is a slight crease on the top first couple of pages. Please see photos for better description. The staples are firmly attached, tight in the binding edge with no rust. It will carefully packaged and then sandwiched between card board for safe shipping.
