For our shipping from 1st March 2021 onward,we will also be able to use DHL express worldwide shipping.If you prefer this shipping method please let us know and we shall adjust costs accordingly.The shippingcost price written below,is for using the normal express postal service. Information on commission works1) Our works labeled as *commissions* are not ready to ship. It means that we shall purchase the model-s and paint them for you!2) Working on commissions takes time. Models usually arrive a couple weeks after we order them. Then, we shall put them on the queue of our current projects. Delivery times can be as long as 2 or 3 months after we get the model. An exception to this, can be preorder and out of stock models that may have even longer delays. 3) We shall supply progress photos, or any other information you may require. We are working on several projects simultaneously, so sometimes we may be slow to send progress info. In that case, just feel free to ask! We usually respond a few hours later, and can also use social media if that is all right with you.4) We can do limited conversion and custom work, after communication, at an added cost.5) You can ask us for commissions on models not listed in our Ebay page. We may accept any order.6) The models are purchased by us and painted for you. In the case you want to send us your models to paint, keep in mind that there may be a customs fee for packages outside the EU. This fee shall be added to the commission cost.
