For some reason when I turned it on the lower plugs would light up and then turn off repeatedly. I was not sure if it was supposed to do that so I disconnected the board inside for the lower 6 plugs and it stopped blinking off and on with the power going off and on. Now the upper Six works great with no issues. It is possible the lower six are defective or someone programmed them that way. I bypassed the system to disable the bottom row so now the only working row is the top. Comes with unit only. Ships from Los Gatos, California.
