The step is included, but the buyer will need to address this issue upon receiving the car. No windows in the car; not sure if there are supposed to be. Minor wear on wheels / undercarriage. Box has wear from shelf life. Due to the broken step, the car is being sold "AS IS". Returns will not be accepted on this item. Photos have been provided for your reference.
