This unit needs to be hardwired and should be installed by a professional. The motor shaft spins when turned by hand. The fan cover is dented and the fan appears to be damaged. There are some cosmetic scuffs and scratches throughout the unit as well as some slight paint chipping. Please refer to the photos for more information.
